Experience groups held from our mini pop up hub locations
We're always trying to find new ways of using nature's glory to help develop wellbeing. With that in mind, we run walk and talk groups (at which you are under no pressure to talk unless you want to) across some of Cornwall's most peaceful and breathtaking locations.
Crisis Cafe sessions
Attend an informal peer led group session or access 1:1 support and wellbeing focused activities with our trained staff. We can offer access to information and advice from experts, and peer-based support from people who have first hand experience of poor mental health.
Online Peer-led social groups
To tackle isolation our peer mentors and volunteers are now facilitating a range of social opportunities remotely to get us all through the winter period while covid is restricting other opportunities to meet people, and as we all know - its actually very hard to make friends as an adult! Our groups are designed in a way to have fun, while meeting others, and building relationships.
Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) Workshops
Courses covering low mood, stress and resiliency. Work out why you feel as you do, how to tackle problems, build confidence, get going again, feel happier, stay calm, tackle upsetting thinking and more. Our courses are free for individuals using them in their own lives.
